Decking oil and Deck Maintenance
After the deck building process has been completed, timber should be coated with a decking oil.
A deck oil will not only enhance the appearance but also improve the durability (i.e. expected life) of your deck.
Deck Maintenance is required every six to twelve months. Firstly a deck wash should be applied to your timber deck. Secondly, after your deck is clean and dry, a decking oil should then be used.
If you look after your timber deck, then your timber deck will look after you!
We use and recommend Cabots Natural Decking Oil.
